  • What is the Purpose of the event - why are you doing this activity?
  • Who is your Audience - who are you hoping to attract to your event?
  • What Objectives do you want to achieve? - How will you know you are on the right track?

  • The environment such as how you want people to feel, the decor, props, theming.
  • What you will offer your guests in relation to refreshments, meals, catering.

Use a storytelling narrative when considering the questions and really envision your event.
